Acceptance of Terms

By accessing eaglehillrenovations.com, submitting a request for a quote or estimate, communicating with us, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Eagle Hill Management is a DBA of Eaglehill MGT LLC, a Utah limited liability company in operation since 2018, providing residential home renovation and construction services in Utah.

Services

Eagle Hill Management provides residential home renovation and construction services in Utah, including but not limited to:

  • Kitchen remodels
  • Bathroom remodels
  • Basement finishes
  • New additions
  • Decks and patios
  • Accent walls and custom built-ins
  • Other related construction, finishing, and renovation work

All services are subject to a written agreement entered into between Eagle Hill Management and the customer prior to commencement of work. Estimates provided through our website, advertising, or initial consultations are non-binding until a written contract is signed.

Estimates and Consultations

Free in-home consultations and estimates are offered as a courtesy and do not create a contractual obligation on either party. Estimates are based on information available at the time and may be revised based on site conditions, material selections, or project scope changes. Final pricing is established in a written contract signed by both parties.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

Eagle Hill Management operates a text messaging program (“SMS Program”) for customers and prospective customers who have opted in to receive text messages. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive messages, you agree to the following terms.

Program Description

The Eagle Hill Management SMS Program sends conversational text messages for the following purposes:

  • Confirming receipt of home renovation estimate requests submitted through our advertising lead forms, website contact form, or other channels.
  • Scheduling and confirming free in-home consultations and estimates.
  • Sending reminders about upcoming scheduled appointments.
  • Following up on project inquiries and providing information requested by you.
  • Responding to your direct questions and customer service inquiries.

How to Opt In

You may enroll in the SMS Program by:

  • Submitting our Facebook or Instagram lead form and affirmatively checking the required SMS consent checkbox.
  • Verbally consenting during a phone call (which we will document).
  • Providing written consent during an in-person consultation.

The consent checkbox on our lead form is unchecked by default and must be affirmatively checked before submission. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Most participants receive 2-5 messages per month during an active project inquiry. Frequency may increase during scheduling or active project periods and decrease at other times.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to receiving or sending text messages. Eagle Hill Management does not charge a fee for participating in the SMS Program, but your wireless carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP:

  • You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
  • No further SMS messages will be sent to your number from this program.
  • Your opt-out will be processed immediately.

You may also opt out by calling us at (435) 851-5317 or emailing info@eaglehillrenovations.com with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out.” If you wish to rejoin the SMS Program after opting out, you must opt in again through one of the methods described above.

Supported Carriers

The SMS Program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is dependent on carrier networks and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility

To participate in the SMS Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be the account holder of the mobile phone associated with the number you provide, or have the express permission of the account holder.
  • Be located in the United States.

Privacy

Your phone number and information collected as part of the SMS Program are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are only shared with our SMS messaging service providers as necessary to deliver messages to you, or as required by law.

Changes to the SMS Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS Program at any time, with or without notice. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued participation in the SMS Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on eaglehillrenovations.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs of completed projects, and software, is the property of Eagle Hill Management or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle Hill Management, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or communications, including the SMS Program. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or pre-contract communications shall not exceed $100. Service contracts entered into separately will set forth their own terms regarding liability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eagle Hill Management and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
